We currently provide Primary Care Services in 6 counties in Northeasst Florida and Dental Services in 3 counties including our St. Augustine Dental Center and are looking for the right person to join our Aza Health family. Our St. Augustine Dental Center employees a Registered Dental Hygienist to assist you in caring for our patients. We provide the following services: Dental Prophylaxis, Chairside Assisting, Sealants, Coronal Polishing, Expanded Function, entures, Flouride Treatments, Foun-Handed Denistry, Scaling & Root Planing, Digitral X-Rays, Crowns, General Denistry, Temporary Crowns, Dental Hygiene, Sealant Placement, etc. St. Johns County offers wonderful public schools, multiple private schools, Flagler College, a campus for St. Johns River State College and multiple technical school opportunities, gorgeous beaches and river activities with an incredible downtown area.
