As a pivotal member, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of resources to oversee and drive the technical aspects of our sales efforts, engaging with prospects and clients to understand their needs, and presenting innovative solutions aligned with our products and services. This hands-on and client facing role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering value through cutting-edge solutions.

What You Will Do...

Demonstrations and Presentations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Consultation

  • Engage with clients and prospects to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical consultation and guidance to clients or prospects during the pre-sales process.

Solution Design

  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Develop technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and specifications.

Sales Support

  • Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and overcome technical objections.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients.

Proof Of Concepts (POCs)

  • Lead the creation and execution of proof of concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.

Collaboration With Internal Teams

  • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback from client interactions and contribute to product improvement.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their evolving needs.

Stay Updated On Industry Trends

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions to ensure a competitive edge in solution design.

Stay updated on Product Enhancements and Feature Releases

  • Keep abreast of new product features, functionality and third party integrated partner solutions to ensure a comprehensive edge in your solution design.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of resources, including other Sales Engineers, to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Background And Skills You Will Bring...

  • BS/BA degree in business, finance or a related discipline
  • 2-4 years of PM/EHR customer support, training and/or onboarding experience
  • Excellent written and verbal technical and communication skills
  • Excellent computer and internet skills/instincts, including strong proficiency in working with spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Extensive knowledge of PM/EHR solutions and the healthcare­ IT industry
