What You Will Do...

  • Responsible for administrative duties to support the Azalea Health RCM services division including but not limited to: Copying, scanning, printing, faxing, mail processing and filing.
  • Assists various RCM functions with assigned RCM specific tasks including but not limited to: data entry, claim submission, internal audits, reporting and data management/analysis as directed.
  • Maintains HIPAA compliance when handling patient protected health information (PHI)
  • Responsible for other administrative RCM-related duties as assigned, such as formatting spreadsheets, updating documents or other similar tasks.

Background And Skills You Will Bring...

  • 1+ years of experience in sales/support and/or healthcare IT (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aptitude in customer success/service and a friendly disposition
  • Computer proficient - intermediate skill level or better required
  • Team player attitude, willingness to collaborate with others
  • Prior experience in the EHR technology industry (highly preferred)
  • Key skills: teamwork, organizational / task management, cross-team collaboration
