General Job Description:

The Integration Specialist serves as the specialist to work with internal and external technology parties to set up integrations such as custodian connections and third-party files. This position includes tactical operational aspects as well as an understanding of file transfer protocols. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to a strong client experience. The candidate must be a team player and coordinate execution across multiple internal teams including: Business Development, Implementations, Operations, and Technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs, business drivers and service requirements
  • Act as a client liaison for Archer Technology and external vendors
  • Participate in regular client meetings/calls with project updates, ongoing status, and platform release details
  • Participate in new products/service implementation projects
  • Coordinate with external vendors to write service orders and project requests to submit to Archer Technology
  • Work to establish FTP connections
  • Review file formats to create standardized file mappings

Position Requirements/Desired Skills:

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a related capacity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Analytical ability and technical aptitude
  • A team player, who can also effectively operate independently as the situation dictates
