  • Follow up on any inbound inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Pipeline Generation: Identify new sales opportunities within the existing customer base by reviewing account history and service records.
  • Qualify prospects and set meetings for territory sales reps on larger opportunities.
  • Close small, transactional deals directly.
  • Collaboration & Handoff: Partner with territory sales reps and the Service team to align outreach efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Escalate larger or complex opportunities appropriately.
  • Customer Engagement & Feedback: Capture and relay customer feedback to improve offerings.
  • Identify and escalate dissatisfied customers to branch management.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date CRM records for all activities, including call notes, opportunity stages, and deal outcomes.
  • Track and report on daily activity, pipeline progress, and closed business.
  • Periodically participate in internal meetings, networking events, or celebrations at an Allmark Door location (travel 1x/month).
