Position Summary

The Field Service Representative is the first line of contact to the end user for all 3SI products and will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, and training customers on our products in financial branches, retail stores, and ATM cash machines. This role requires interacting with our customers which includes employees in financial branches, retail stores, third party vendors, and corporate security managers. This role will cover all service-related activity around Indianapolis, IN and all other territories across the U.S. as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Successfully interact with 3SI financial and retail customers.

2. Install, maintain, service and upgrade all 3SI products in a safe and professional manner.

3. Provide support to internal Sales and Customer Operations teams.

4. Respond promptly to service calls while ensure meeting customer service level agreement requirements.

5. Manage the territory’s customer base and provide training to ensure the highest levels of customer confidence and satisfaction.

6. Efficiently manage time, territory, and inventory.

7. Perform all other duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Strong time management skills and prioritization

2. Able to effectively manage inventory

3. Customer service/support skills a must

Qualifications

1. Associate degree in Electronics or related field experience

2. Minimum of 2 years of relative experience working in a field service role

3. Experience working with digital CCTV systems: IP cameras, Network Video Recorders, IP networks is preferred

4. Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies 3SI’s safety requirements

5. Pre-employment background check and drug screening

Additional Comments

1. Position will be based in Indianapolis IN, but also cover all territories across the U.S. as needed.

2. Standard workdays for this role are Monday through Friday

3. 50% of travel which includes both local and overnight

4. Must be able to climb and work on ladders of various heights
