ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Interns with a long-term career interest in executive search. As an Intern, you will be performing the role of an Analyst, albeit with additional support as you onboard. An Analyst is responsible for supporting research for the Associate, Principal and Partner. An Analyst will do so by helping to source candidates and maintain data in the database. They will handle building out target company lists and updating / ensuring correct data is on Thrive. Over time, an Analyst should help set the research strategy, drive the ongoing research throughout the search and source candidates.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Research — identify potential candidate archetypes with an understanding of company and market ecosystems.
  • Pipeline Development — drive candidate outreach and generate a healthy pipeline for searches.
  • Client Updates — attend weekly update calls with the search team and client to provide them with an overview of how the search is progressing.
  • Data Integrity — ensure data is captured and updated on our systems. Shadow — work closely with the search team and shadow them on calls and meetings to learn quickly. WHO YOU AREAdaptable — you can switch from one task to another seamlessly and with the same level of energy and enthusiasm.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Previous work experience in a professional setting is ideal but not required.
