We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with an clinical background to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing data from our data lake and data warehouse to produce actionable insights and reports.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for analyzing clinical and trial data, developing aggregate insights, and creating comprehensive and productionalizable reports. This role requires expertise in clinical data analysis, experience with managing de-identified and aggregate data, and proficiency in coding with Python and Jupyter notebooks. The ideal candidate will be adept at turning complex data into meaningful clinical insights that support our mission of advancing a patient centric approach to making the clinical trial journey more frictionless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze clinical and trial data from the data lake and data warehouse to generate meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain analytical models and reports to support clinical research and decision-making, and producing benchmarks.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data and analytical processes.
• Manage de-identified and aggregate data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, clinicians, and researchers, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and visualizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
• over 3 years of experience in data science, with a focus on clinical and trial data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Jupyter notebooks.

• Experience with statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with data lake and data warehouse technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of clinical trial design and data management.
• Experience in developing and validating clinical algorithms and predictive models.
