Celero Commerce is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Product Training Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our new and existing customers by providing exceptional technical support and guidance. This position focuses on delivering effective solutions to technical issues and maintaining a positive customer experience from implementation through everyday product usage. Responsibilities:

  • Field Sales Partner (merchant, bank and sales rep) calls daily to conduct demonstrations and answer a wide array of questions regarding various advanced payments POS solutions, such as the Clover POS system
  • Ensure that Celero’s merchants and partners are highly satisfied with their payment experience
  • Provide a consistently positive experience to our clients when giving a demo of various systems to new and potential customers
  • Maintain a polite and calm demeanor on the phones and when responding in tickets when assisting Celero merchants and sales partners
  • Maintain SLA’s for tickets opened for the advanced payment POS solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to gather the appropriate information to resolve merchant problems and questions
  • Collaborate with the support teams when Clover tickets are opened but will require Relationship Services or Partner Support help in Resolving these tickets
  • Work closely with Fiserv to escalate known issues on behalf of the sales partners too completion
  • Work closely with sales to continue to provide sales training on Advanced Payment POS solutions
  • Continue to build on the standardizing the demo’s and the merchant installations to be trained on for building out a team
  • Create Policy’s for maintenance on Advanced Payment POS so that all sales partners understand the guidelines (Menu Buildouts, support, etc.)
  • Create alerts and communications to Sales Partners about upcoming Advanced Payment POS updates and Product releases
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience working in a technical support capacity, preferably with a SaaS product.
  • Experience in supporting mobile applications is a plus.
  • Clover experience is a plus.
  • Possess prompt, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication skills when interacting with customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and environments to find answers to customer questions.
  • High degree of technical troubleshooting ability.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Task-oriented with the capability to handle a high call volume.
  • Proficiency in properly diffusing escalated customer calls.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent attention to detail, consistently meeting and surpassing daily, monthly, and annual quotas and goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a team and collaborative environment.
