About This Opportunity: CareATC is currently looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team, providing exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education. The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care on a PRN basis in our clinic.
